Is counselling right for me?
Sometimes it can helpful to talk through what is happening in your life with someone outside of the situation, counselling can offer you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or, uncomfortable. People come to counselling for many reasons, either as a result of past or current life events, or to understand more about how they are thinking or feeling, to discuss life changes, or to develop coping strategies. I will work with you to create the circumstances in which this can happen.
In our counselling sessions you can to talk with someone who is trained to
listen attentively and to work with you to make changes where you choose
and to help you to find some resolution to the issues that bring you to counselling.
