Face to Face sessions take place in my bespoke therapy room in Denbigh, the building is fully accessible and there is a short stay car park directly opposite, Denbigh is well serviced with bus routes linking from Rhyl, Ruthin, Corwen, Caerwys, Mold and localised services, more information on local transport can be found here:

Individual Counselling £40 per session, Couples £55 per session, 

payable at the start of each session.

* concessionary rates for clients on low income and students, I believe in fairness and equity in the availability and accessibility of therapy, this includes access to the resources, information and understanding therapy can offer, supporting client's autonomy.

Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life

and anything that may be confusing, painful or, uncomfortable.

In our counselling sessions you can to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to work with you to make changes where you determine necessary. I will draw on all my experience and training to help you to find some resolution to the issues that bring you to counselling.

I use a pluralistic approach in my practice, this means I put your needs and preferences at the centre of our work.  I believe that all approaches have value, what is key are your needs, goals and your own therapeutic preferences. You can learn more about different approaches to therapy here

 I am trained in and value a range of therapeutic approaches, I use my skills and experience in person centred practice alongside my understanding of other approaches such as CBT, TA, and solution focused work to tailor our work to best fit you and your needs.
