I have over 15 years experience as a counsellor working with adults.

I work with individual clients and couples,

addictions, anxiety & depression, grief & loss, trauma, relationship issues,

I have a small welcoming counselling room in a shared use building

for in-person sessions. I can also offer online & telephone or video-call

counselling and walk & talk options.

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and member of ACTO.

I am a qualified counselling supervisor, experienced counselling lecturer,

and trainer.
